Meet Kristin Elliott, Director of Therapeutic Programs

Kristin joins NW Works from Milford, Delaware where she served as the Assistant Vice President of Operations and Programs Director for Kent-Sussex Industries, which provides similar services to NW Works. As a long-time employee of KSI, Kristin’s role developed over 16 years with progressive responsibilities including Admissions, Programming and Transportation. Her leadership experience in supporting individuals with disabilities makes her an invaluable addition to our team.

Kristin is passionate about empowering adults with disabilities and approaches her work with a collaborative style. In addition to her career, she has owned a business, volunteered in various community organizations, and been an active member of her church. Kristin is married with three adult children and greatly values family time.

In her spare time, Kristin enjoys doing home improvements and scenic rides on her motorcycle with her husband. As Kristin and her husband have just recently moved to the Northern Shenandoah Valley, they are looking forward to exploring the Virginia and West Virginia area.
